SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed on our site are processed Monday through Thursday throughout the calendar year, excluding holidays. Our days and hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time; and closed on Friday. We make every effort to ship products as quickly as possible after an order is received. Please note that selecting an expedited service (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, etc.) may reduce the time an order spends in transit, but does not guarantee the order will ship on the same date the order is placed. Shipping costs are determined by weight and dimensions of the package, cost of insurance (if necessary), and the carrier most appropriate for delivery.
We regularly use both UPS and the U.S. Postal Service depending on which is least expensive. All orders being sent to a PO Box must ship by U.S. Postal Service. The number of transit days shown for Priority Mail® shipments is only an estimate provided by the US Postal Service, as Priority Mail® is not a service with guaranteed delivery times. Orders shipped by UPS will always be sent by Ground service, unless specifically requested as otherwise by the customer placing the order.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not a normal practice and must be approved in advance. Please call if you have questions.
Orders can be shipped to someone other than the person ordering (if requested). If so, we will include only a packing slip (this contains no pricing information). We will then e-mail the full invoice or receipt to the originating customer for their records.
Free Shipping offers are for domestic United States shipments only.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping charges shown for your order. Please check with your country’s customs office and the shipping carrier to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. Customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are typically collected by the shipping carrier/postal company upon delivery or when you pick up the item at your local shipping/postal center.
All shipping and handling charges, as well as any fees associated with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Export Declaration, are non-refundable. Please contact our office is you wish to place an order with a ‘ship-to’ address outside of the U.S.A.
Please do not request that we label your purchase as a gift, sample, or at a lower value, as we cannot accommodate such requests.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
At LB Processors, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, unopened products will be accepted for refund and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges or fees are non-refundable. If you originally received free shipping and are returning a portion of an order which results in no longer qualifying the original package for free shipping, costs for the original shipping will be charged against the total product refund.
Products must be shipped back to: LB Processors LLC, 1864 Mosley Ferry Road, Chapmansboro, TN 37035. We recommend using a trackable shipping option for your return. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and condition of the returned products. All refunds of the product cost will be credited back to the original payment source used for the order. You will receive a receipt of refund by e-mail or regular mail for your records.
LB Processors accepts orders by Internet, phone, or in-person for walk-in customers. We make every effort to ship orders on the same or next business day. Our online order system does not retain credit card or PayPal account numbers, but all contact information (address, phone number, email address, and fax number) will be kept on file. All orders will be shipped using the lowest cost carrier and method of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
LB Processors accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, wire transfers, checks, and money orders. There are three levels of pricing; retail, individual pack wholesale, and bulk wholesale.
- Retail Pricing will be charged for all orders smaller than 1 case
- Individually packed wholesale is 1 or more cases, 2 gallons, 4 pints, or 4 quarts
- Bulk wholesale will be charged for 5-gallon buckets or 55-gallon drums
Promotions and pricing are subject to change at any time. All charges and payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars.
